Set on 220 acres of parkland, Hardwick Hall Classic Hotel is located just two miles from junction 60 of the A1M motorway, nine miles from Stockton-on-Tees, and 11 miles from both Durham and Darlington. Middlesborough is also a short drive away. Sedgefield Horse Racing is less than a mile away. Knotty Hill Golf Course, with 36 holes and the grounds of Hardwick Country Park, is adjacent to the hotel.

Hardwick Hall was once the home of Lord Boyne and is one of England's many historically significant sites. During renovations, two wings were added to flank the original Georgian hall. Delicious food is served in the Cellar Bistro, which is very popular in the region. Fully air-conditioned conference facilities seat up to 500 and include a ballroom, with its crystal chandeliers.

Spacious bedrooms, with views over the parkland, feature antique furnishings, minibar, turndown service, and hi-tech communications and entertainment systems.
